As a psychotherapist since 1988, I have lived by the belief that
each individual is exceptional, and has the ability to transcend imbalance
and to integrate body and mind toward a greater degree of health. This can
include mental, spiritual, emotional and physical health.
Know everything is kept confidential, as we deal with issues
such as sexual/ physical trauma, emotional abuse, relationships, health
problems, job, money, motivation, sex, fear and anxiety, depression, food
addictions, low self-esteem, stress management, to name a few.
My goal is to guide you though this next stage of deeper 'growth' by
releasing trauma to stimulate healing, helping your decrease your 'monkey
mind' stress so you can relax, assisting you in connecting to your emotions
so you can develop better coping skills and express your 'authentic' self,
and enhance spiritual awareness in order to bring joy and serenity back into
your life. I will help you ignite your 'human energy system' with the EFT,
GWP, and IET tools, experiencing an 'awakening' process. We will work as a
team to create the desired change for you to attain positive solutions to
your problems.
